I have stayed for 7 nights with my fiance. Beds were being big enough and the space was always clean. The personnel were quite helpful and friendly and always made us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was good. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff in the reception were there at any time. The beds were cozy and the other guests had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite awesome hotel and terrific area. Undoubtedly endorse Mermaid Hotel & Club!

If you are visiting Kalutara you should book at Mermaid Hotel & Club. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.
